ppvipp Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

ppvipp operates an online betting and casino platform ("the Platform") accessible at ppvipp.club, offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, fishing games, and related services to eligible players located in Bangladesh. The Platform is intended solely for recreational and entertainment purposes. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms apply to all aspects of the ppvipp Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotional offers, use of casino game products, placement of sports bets, and all interactions with ppvipp customer support. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ppvipp.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register a ppvipp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ppvipp strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will request government-issued identity documents to verify your age during the KYC process.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and use of the Platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order issued by ppvipp or any other gaming operator.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of ppvipp or its affiliated service providers.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ppvipp Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ppvipp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. ppvipp accepts no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ppvipp account. You must take all reasonable steps to protect your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — from unauthorised disclosure or use. Specifically:

• Do not share your ppvipp login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access your ppvipp account from shared or public devices without logging out fully at the end of each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional account security.
• Contact ppvipp support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

ppvipp will never contact you by any channel (email, SMS, live chat, or telephone) requesting your account password. Any communication purporting to be from ppvipp that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at once.

ppvipp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, identity theft, fraudulent activity, or breach of any provision of these Terms, pending investigation. During any such suspension, withdrawals from the affected account may be temporarily withheld until the investigation is concluded.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the ppvipp Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ppvipp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ppvipp account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• ppvipp does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ppvipp accepts no responsibility.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account, and only to the same account holder name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a national identity card (NID) or passport and proof of payment method ownership.
• ppvipp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• ppvipp reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• ppvipp does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Fees for express or priority processing, where offered, will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

In cases where ppvipp has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit was made fraudulently, by an underage individual, or in breach of these Terms, ppvipp reserves the right to freeze the corresponding funds and initiate an investigation before any withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ppvipp offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and event-specific offers tied to BPL cricket, IPL T20, and other major sporting events. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your ppvipp account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• ppvipp reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed by an eligible player.
• Players may only claim each specific promotion once unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• ppvipp reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to ppvipp support. ppvipp reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus regardless of whether it has been partially or fully wagered.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of sports bets on the ppvipp sportsbook, covering cricket (BPL, IPL T20, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds at the moment of confirmation are binding.
• ppvipp reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error (i.e., odds significantly out of line with fair market values at the time of placement).
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the point the bet is confirmed by the system. Network latency or connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to void a confirmed in-play bet.
• The minimum bet amount per selection is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event type, and player account tier, and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• ppvipp reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any individual player or market without prior notice.
• All bet settlements are final once confirmed by ppvipp. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed settlement date by contacting ppvipp customer support.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that sport and event type in the ppvipp sportsbook rules documentation.
• ppvipp maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any form of sports manipulation. Any account found to have placed bets connected to such activity will be permanently suspended and relevant information may be shared with sporting integrity bodies.

7. Casino Game Rules

Casino games available on the ppvipp Platform — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and virtual table games — are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game studio's own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• All slot and RNG-based casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. ppvipp does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing/spinning in real time and are recorded for audit purposes. ppvipp does not interfere with live game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session (including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or power failure), the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's account. ppvipp is not liable for bets lost as a result of malfunctions on the player's own device or internet connection.
• ppvipp reserves the right to void any casino game result where a technical error is found to have materially affected the game outcome.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules and paytable of each game before placing real-money bets. ppvipp recommends using free-play or demo modes, where available, to familiarise yourself with any new game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ppvipp Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, regardless of whether different personal details are used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy designed to unfairly transfer winnings between accounts.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to mask your true geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppvipp customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvipp Platform — including but not limited to the ppvipp brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ppvipp or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ppvipp.

Third-party game content displayed on the ppvipp Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt). ppvipp does not claim ownership of third-party game content. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of third-party game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights and may also constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy & Data

ppvipp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
• ppvipp employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the ppvipp Platform.
• ppvipp does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• ppvipp may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ppvipp, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain records.

11. Responsible Gaming

ppvipp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and ppvipp provides the following tools and resources to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot access their account for betting or casino activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvipp's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppvipp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ppvipp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ppvipp does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or interruptions caused by factors beyond ppvipp's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ppvipp's liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence or fraud, where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ppvipp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ppvipp will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at ppvipp.club/terms-conditions and will display the most recent effective date at the top of the document.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of ppvipp. ppvipp operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific claims regarding regulatory jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ppvipp's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the ppvipp Platform or these Terms, you should contact ppvipp customer support in the first instance. ppvipp aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through the arbitration mechanism described in ppvipp's dispute resolution procedure.
